WHAT IS DRY ICE?

Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide and has many uses.  One of which is used for dry ice cleaning.

Dry ice for blasting benefits:

1. CLEANING WITH AN ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE SUBSTANCE

Dry Ice Pellets are made from liquid Carbon Dioxide, the same substance used to carbonate beverages. Using dry ice pellets does not generate secondary waste as does sand, soda, water, or grit cleaning. Using Dry Ice Blasting also replaces solvent and chemical based cleaning.

2. NON-CONDUCTIVE ON ELECTRICAL

This non-toxic and non-conductive process removes heavy buildup without damage to sensitive areas like electrical components, switches, wiring and photo electric sensors.

3. EXTREMELY DEEP CLEANING

Dry Ice Pellets manage to reach difficult locations on the equipment providing a deep cleaning.

4. NON-ABRASIVE

Dry Ice Blasting is non-abrasive, non-toxic and non-corrosive . It effectively removes contaminants without damage to your equipment  (switches, panels, lines, tubes, wiring or belts, HVAC equipment).

5. LOW DOWN TIME

This fast and dry process can be used in some cases when your equipment is in operation and hot. The dry ice dissipates on contact and cleaning can be performed on-line and without the need for drying time.
