The PureBLAST™ mini is super portable and easy to use on small parts or larger surfaces making it perfect blast cleaner for any user with limited compressed air capacity.
AIR REQUIREMENTS
The PureBlast™ Mini is designed to operate with compressors that produce 100 psi and volume from 17 – 107 CFM. This makes the mini ideal for businesses that need to clean intricate/delicate items as well as more aggressive cleaning projects.
QUIET OPERATION
The PureBlast™ Mini operates below 75 dB making it useful to operate in populated areas on your active production floor.
NOZZLES AND BLAST HOSE
The PureBLAST™ Mini comes standard with a 4 and 5 mm light weight aluminum nozzles. Optional straight, 45Degree and wide nozzles are available along with in-line -crushers for finer cleaning projects. Nozzle extensions are available to allow for more reach for cleaning down low or high allowing the operator greater range in a comfortable position.
The mini blast hose is 16 foot long ½ inch inner diameter and lightweight. This allows for easy operation for the operator.
CONTROL
Dry ice consumption can be adjusted from 0 to 60 pounds per hour and the pressure can be regulated between 28 to 170 PSI.
EASY TO MANEUVER AND STORE
Like the name (mini) this powerful blaster only weighs 70 pounds with dimensions of 22” long 19” wide and 36” tall.
